A: You can bid on site the day of the sale or you can bid online.

Q: How do I receive the items I won?

A: You can either pick up the items on site or arrange shipping. We offer USPS, Fedex, or UPS.

Q: What fees do I pay to sign up?

A: There is no fee to sign up.

Q: What fees do I pay if I won an item?

A: Online winning bidders pay a 19% buyer’s premium. In house winning bidders pay a 15% buyer’s premium.

Q: Do you buy estates?

A: Yes. We also sell estates on commission. We are licence in Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia. We offer several options to help you sell your items. Contact the office for more info 256-927-8765.
